Adrelin Hunt arranges and facilitates the following travel services for customers in Nepal and abroad:
Prices displayed on the site are indicative and may change before confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation receipt is issued. Payment is due in the currency shown at checkout. Adrelin Hunt is not an airline and does not guarantee fares set by airlines, which may change without notice.
Dummy tickets are issued as PNR-verified reservation records intended to support visa applications. They hold no boarding value. The customer is responsible for confirming with the relevant embassy or visa centre whether a dummy ticket is acceptable for their application. Adrelin Hunt is not responsible for visa outcomes based on the use of dummy tickets.
Adrelin Hunt assists with visa documentation and application support. We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee approval, which is at the sole discretion of the embassy or immigration authority. Fees paid for our assistance are not refundable if an application is refused.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the airline, itinerary or service provider, and on the terms shown at the time of booking. Once a flight is ticketed, refunds are subject to the applicable airline fare rules. Visa assistance and itinerary-planning fees are non-refundable once work has started.
You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details, a valid passport and any documents required for your travel or visa. Incorrect details may result in denied boarding or visa refusal, for which Adrelin Hunt is not liable.
Adrelin Hunt is not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by airlines, embassies, visa centres, weather or other circumstances outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
